What is an escape game?
Real-life room escape games are brain teaser activities where participants find themselves in a realistic environment full of puzzles, locked doors, and challenges. You will have to work as a team to solve all of the puzzles and escape in under 60 minutes.
Is there an age limit?
No, however we require that anyone under 17 years of age is accompanied by an adult over 21. The adult must be a paying participant and be present in the escape room at all times.
Can I bring my infants or toddler?
You are welcome to bring your infant/toddler, however, we require that infants/toddlers remain in a stroller or carrier at all times while in the escape room. If a child is too old or will not remain in a stroller/carrier they will need to be included in the booking at regular admission price in the 5 and under category. Please note that we DO NOT allow strollers or anyone under the age of 5 in The Cannibal Collector game.
What if we are late for our booking?
It is very important for you to be on time. Your 60 minutes will start at the time you have scheduled, no exceptions. Any time you are late will be deducted from your original 60 minutes (ie. you have 50 minutes to play if you are 10 minutes late). If you are more than 15 minutes late your game will be canceled without refund. We ask that everyone in your group arrives 15 minutes early to allow everyone to use the restrooms, lockers, etc. before the game starts.
Should we make reservations?
Yes. Reservations are required and can be booked right here on our website. Click “book now” to see our schedule and choose your game! If you have any questions feel free to call.
How long does it take to finish each scenario?
It depends on your performance. You will have 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and escape the final room. If you’re cunning enough you might even find yourself on our record board.
What if I need a hint or clue?
Don’t worry, our staff will be there to help. They constantly monitor the game through a series of cameras and can provide hints when necessary.
Are your games scary?
The scenarios were created to be as realistic as possible, however we are not a haunted house and our rooms don’t have actors or people in the rooms to scare you. Our horror themes like Zombie Outbreak and The Cannibal Collector have some elements that might make you jump.
Do you host corporate events and birthday parties?
Yes! We are happy to organize corporate/team events and birthday parties. If you would like to do something unique and exciting then you found the right place. Give us a call for more information!
Where can we park?
The best place to park is directly behind our building in our parking lot. Spaces along Main street are also available and parking is free.
Can we reschedule?
If you find yourself needing to reschedule please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling may not always be possible and a rescheduling fee will be required if you call to reschedule on the same day as your booking.
